13. ELIGIBILITY

• Employees or agents professionally connected with the competition

13.2 By entering, you confirm your eligibility. We may request proof.
13.3 Entries generated by computers or incomplete entries will be rejected.
13.4 We reserve the right to disqualify anyone whose behaviour is abusive or contrary to the spirit of the competition.
13.5 No refunds will be provided if:

• You later find you’re not eligible
• Eligibility rules change after you’ve entered
• You are disqualified for misconduct

13.6 Any fraudulent activity (e.g. false information, hacking, code manipulation) will void all entries and may bar you from future competitions.

14. CASH ALTERNATIVES

Where advertised, a fixed cash alternative will be offered instead of the main prize.
For example, a prize may offer a £1,500 cash alternative, which will be paid via bank transfer within 24 hours of winner confirmation.
The amount of the cash alternative will be clearly stated in each competition description. No variable or “up to” values will be used.
